Climate
Spring in Paris has, on average, mild days and fresh nights - but are changing and unstable. Surprisingly warm or cool weather can occur frequently.
Rain falls throughout the year, and although Paris is not a very rainy city, it is known for heavy sudden showers.
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat of the 3rd International Conference on Heart & Brain will send a personal invitation letter to participants. This invitation is meant to help visitors to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support. Please visit the
contact us page and email your request with full name, postal address and passport number.
Unfortunately we are unable to send invitation letters directly to consulates. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals and are mailed directly to them.
Kindly note that due to a high volume of requests it will take up to 14 working days for the letter to be ready. Please take this into consideration when applying for a visa and ask for the letter in advance.

The Conference Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
